What are client’s guarantees during the shipping process?

If we do not yet have the tickets bought and you have paid a deposit, you can delay or reschedule the shipping. If, however, tickets have already been bought, we are ready to offer you a customized solution. Usually, we meet our customers and transfer the full amount to the next trip.

For shipping with a courier, you need to make a prepayment of 20–30% of the price of shipping, and the remaining amount should be paid when you meet your pet. If the delivery is without a courier, the remainder of the payment should be sent before the pet departs.

We guarantee full insurance for all travel risks, including possible flight delays or cancellations. We also take care of additional pet hotel costs. Shipping costs will not change unless departure and arrival points change.

Pet Express International provides life insurance for your pet during shipping, as long as they have successfully passed a full health check prior to departure.
