What kind of pets do you ship?
We are shipping cats, dogs (including brachycephalic and serious breeds). Also we can ship rabbits, birds and exotic animals in compliance with all import and export regulations.
Which countries you are shipping to?
We offer shipping to any country around the world. We can ship with Pet nanny or use a combined method which includes Pet nanny service and cargo shipping within the destination country. All options based on the country specific import regulations are discussed with the owner.
We are unable to find a shipping to our future country.

How do you do ship?
We specialize in shipping with courier (Pet nanny). However, we are always willing to consider other options to accommodate the specifics of your situation.
What is a pricing of your services?
Shipping cost depends on several factors, including the size of the pet, shipping route, the shipping option selected, and any additional services that may be available. We individually calculate the price for each customer.
Why the shipping with a courier cost more than
unaccompanied cargo shipping?

How far in advance do I need to make a travel
reservation for my pet?
It depends on the shipping method chosen and the requirements for entry into the country. We recommend that you make your request 1-1.5 months prior to a trip in order to take into the account all the details. Especially if it concerns the transportation of the pet in the cabin of an airplane, as this type of service is in high demand.
Can you assist to organize my trip with pet if I choose
to travel by my own?
Yes, we have a full or partial assistance service. We offer assistance with your documentation and flight bookings before departure, as well as help with paperwork upon arrival in the destination country. Our goal is to provide the best relocation experience for your pets.
Can you assist with bringing my pet to the airport
or picking them up from there?
Yes, we can organize shipping from your home to the departure airport. We can also organize delivery to any destination within the country. Our team of pet transport experts is always prepared to create a personalized travel plan that meets the specific needs of your furry friend.
We want to send our pet by cargo, but we are scared
of picking him up at the airport, going through customs
and traffic in another country. Can you help us?
Our company offers a concierge service to make the pickup process in a new country easier for you. Our staff member, familiar with the nuances of customs clearance and arrival warehouse procedures will complete all the necessary paperwork for you and bring your pet to your home.
What documents do I need for shipping?
We need your pet’s veterinary passport. And we will prepare all other necessary veterinary and customs documents ourselves, for a flight from any country.
Do we need to buy a carrier before the departure
and how do we choose the right one?
You can buy a special travel carrier and train your pet to it at home. Or you can bring your pet to our company and we will choose the right size crate for your pet.
Can I send toys or anything else with my pet?
You can send items with a familiar scent – a blanket or towel that can be placed in a box over an absorbent pad. Also toys, treats but don’t send anything of value.
To properly measure your pet for crate fitting.
- Length: measure from nose to base of tail.
- Height: measure from the highest point of the head or the tip of the ears (if the pet has standing ears) to the floor when the pet is standing on four legs.
- Width: Measure the widest part of your pet’s body at the widest part of the body.
I tried to get a permit to bring my dog into the USA,
but it was denied. Can you help me with that?
Yes. You send your application and our company will issue a permit for your pet.
Can I send cargo through you?
Yes. We will ship your pet carefully with minimal time in the warehouse before the shipment and upon arrival in another country.
Let’s make it clear: we do not ship 10-20 pets on one flight and do not transport them to the airport in one car to cut costs. We take pride in ensuring that each pet we ship receives individualized attention and care. We only work with one pet to give him/her all of our time and resources. Our coordinator will be on call during your pet’s flight. He or she will clarify for you on where and what time to pick up your pet and answer any questions you may have. We also can prepare all necessary paperwork for a broker.
Should I sedate my pet before traveling?
Sedating pets before traveling by air is not recommended by experts. There are several risks involved when you sedate your pet, especially before air travel. Sedatives are known to interfere with your pet’s natural ability to process the change in pressure, temperature and altitude when they are in the aircraft. Sedated pets are at higher risk of injury and health issues while flying. Brachycephalic or snub-nosed breeds must never be sedated during air travel because their shorter airways make them especially vulnerable.
What should I do if my pet needs to go to the toilet during
the flight?
We cover the bottom of the crate with disposable pads and paper towels. Like people, your pet may become slightly dehydrated during the flight, which will reduce the need to urinate.
When you receive your pet at the cargo, we recommend you bring along a towel and wet wipes to dry off your pet.
I need to leave urgently and have nowhere to leave my pet
after I leave. I need your help.
If you need to leave urgently and have no place to leave your pet, we are here to help you. We will take care of organizing all the logistics for you and once you are in your new location, we will ship him/her to you with a Pet nanny or by cargo.
Can we track our pet?
We send a daily report of your pet’s shipping process. In the USA, you will be able to track him or her with a GPS.
I am a breeder and I want to send my semen of my pet abroad,
but the courier service does not work in our country.
Can you organize this process?
Yes, we are experienced in shipping of frozen semen between countries including Russia. If you need to send frozen semen to a fertility clinic in another country for storage, we can offer you a selection of clinics, taking into account their pricing policy and storage conditions. You will be able to choose a suitable semen bank to which we will deliver the biomaterial. We have a Dry Shipper, so you will not have to buy a Dry Shipper for shipping.
I have found a pet in another country and want to bring it in,
but I am having trouble finding information about the breeder.
Can you help me?
Yes. We can help you find reliable catteries and kennels in every breed. We had a case where we helped a client avoid sending money to scammers for a puppy.
My pet is very afraid of strangers and gets nervous when
traveling. What can I do?
Don’t worry, we are here to help you. We will provide advice and recommendations based on our experience of shipping animals and their behavior in stressful situations. Usually our furry travelers do not want to part with us after the flight.
I am planning to move from USA to Europe, Russia or other
country. Can you move my pet?
